ARD implementation work turns scattered enterprise capabilities into catalog-ready agentic resources: APIs, workflows, MCP servers, skills, datasets, product actions, dashboard actions, or human approval processes.
The result should make each resource discoverable, searchable, owned, described with representative queries, and connected to the right execution boundary after discovery.
Catalog and registry readiness
A practical ARD engagement can produce a resource taxonomy, `ai-catalog.json` plan, representative queries, ownership model, publishing path, and internal registry architecture.
For enterprise use, the catalog should also capture access requirements, trust metadata, compliance notes, version pinning, and observability expectations.
